The club offers the following membership types for 2025/26:

• Full adult membership - $185
• Unaffiliated member - $90
• Dual member - $95
• Student Membership - $45
• Junior membership - $45
• Social membership - $40
• Green fees are to be retained at $10.00 for this season

Fees for all members for 2025/26 are requested to be paid by Friday, 15th August 2025

For existing members, payments can be made directly to Sue Simmonds (Treasurer) at the Club (cash, cheque or card) or by direct deposit into the Club’s Bendigo Bank account: BSB 633 000, account number 144403748.  If you pay by direct deposit, please ensure that your name is included in the reference field for the transaction. I

Important: All new and returning members nominating for membership of the Club will be assessed according to the following process:

• The nomination form is filled in properly, dated, and signed (all membership applications must be nominated by an existing Club member and seconded before being forwarded to the Secretary for processing).
• The nomination form is displayed on the Club’s noticeboard for a minimum of seven days and circulated to all members via email during this time. Existing members have the opportunity to provide feedback.
• The applicant may be contacted and interviewed by two Board members.
• The form is processed at the next Board meeting.
• The applicant is sent a letter of acceptance or denial.
• The accepted applicant pays the appropriate fee.
• The person’s membership is processed, and a membership card and fob are given.
• The transfer process is completed/initiated if required (taken from Section 55 of BBC By-Laws).

The Nomination Form (Application form) to join BBC is provided below. Membership applicants who are unable to obtain a seconder for their nomination are advised to complete all other sections of the nomination form and to advise the Club Secretary via email of the need for a seconder for their application. Applicants will be contacted to facilitate the processing of their application.
